Police Commendation

Honoured to have received a Police Commendation in recognition for my part in the team that carried out Operation Bluestone Soteria – which worked to transform the policing response to rape and serious sexual offending.  My guidelines on the investigation of rape in the context of coercive control and strategic advice on where to locate domestic rape in force are now operational across all forces in England and Wales.
