About the Event

The Independent Review of the Criminal Courts, which was led by Sir Brian Leveson, makes

wide-ranging — and sometimes controversial — proposals for reform of the Criminal Justice

System, Among them is the suggestion that the right to a jury trial could be removed in certain

circumstances. Join us for a robust panel discussion exploring these proposals and their

implications. This is an in-person event. It will take place in TG14 in the City Law School.
